Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a powder-based carbohydrate fuel using Maurten’s Hydrogel Technology. Mix one sachet with 200 ml of water to create a texture that is thicker than Drink Mix but more fluid than Maurten Gel.

Each serving provides 120 g of carbohydrates / 480 kcal, making it particularly useful for long-distance running, cycling, triathlon and other endurance events where carrying large amounts of carbohydrate efficiently matters.

How to use

Thicker than Drink Mix and looser than Gel, it contains 120 grams of carbohydrates per serving when dissolved in 200 ml of water.

Simply mix 200ml of water with the content of 1 sachet.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, fructose, gelling agents (xanthan gum, sodium alginate, pectin), acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate).
