The specially designed Heat training suit becomes a 'portable environmental chamber' and allows you to elevate your core body temperature faster with less physical effort.
Each suit can be used many times – simply rinse it in the shower and let air dry.
Size chart
- S: suitable for people up to around 172cm / 5'7"
- M: fits most people up to about 180cm / 5'11"
- L: fits most people 180cm - 195cm / 5'11" - 6'4"
How to wear in normal room temperature
The heat training suit prevents sweat evaporation, which is the most important effect. It should be sufficient to wear the Heat training suit on its own.
How to wear in cooler rooms
Torso:
- A long-sleeved nylon shirt against the skin
- Followed by the Heat training suit
- Followed by a thick thermal layer on top of the suit.
Legs:
- A simple nylon/spandex tights will do.
Optional:
- Warm hat
- Gloves
