We have put together the perfect nutrition pack for Birkebeineren.
Consume one pack of the 320 Drink Mix before start. During the race take a 100 gel every 10 km, the last two should be with caffeine. You also want carbs in your drink. Aim to finish to bottles of 500 ml fluid, the first with 320 Drink Mix, the second with the 160 Drink Mix.
Feel free to add a couple of singels if you wish to test the gels or drink mixes in the days leading up to the race.
