PLASMAIDE is an extract from pine bark. It is an adaptogen that stimulates an increase in production of Nitric Oxide (NO).
In short, an increase in NO leads to increased blood flow and increased oxygen utilization. That means reduced recovery time and increased power output.

When should i take Plasmaide?
Use pre- or post-activity as follows:
- Training/exercise: Take 1 packet (45 ml) 30 to 60 minutes before and/or after.
Health/wellbeing: take 1 packet (45ml) in the morning and/or at night
